If I’m not satisfied with the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product you have to raise a claim within 4 days. You (Customer) have to return the product in the original
packing as you received from us (shopessy.com) then within 3 days pick up damage product & exchage product or refund amount

If I received damaged product?

Don’t worry, our quality checking team checks the product assure the product quality before a delivery, in case if you have received an item
in damaged condition you need to email us the images/video of the damaged product within 4 days to be eligible for transit insurance coverage.

What is Refund Process?
When courier service pick up product successfully then you can purchase same price of another product on shopessy.com. If you want the amount back, we will
refund the money the way the payment direct your account online net banking or wallet like ( Paytm, PhonePe, Gpay ). Typically refunds are processed in less than
2 working days but in the case of payments some bank issues then 7 days solved problem. This policy is only for customers in India.
